Access to your information in Jobber is restricted to authorized Jtron employees who have a legitimate business need to access it. All staff members sign confidentiality agreements.
5. Call Recording Disclosure
Jtron may record telephone calls for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes. We operate under Canada's one-party consent rule for call recording, meaning we may record calls when at least one party (Jtron) consents to the recording. When you call Jtron or we call you, you consent to potential recording of the conversation by continuing the call.
Recordings are securely stored and are automatically deleted 30 days after the call date. Only authorized personnel have access to call recordings.
6. Call & SMS Services and Transcription
Jtron uses the following third-party services to facilitate communication:
- Twilio: Provides voice calling and SMS messaging services. Your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio's secure servers.
- Deepgram: Provides speech-to-text transcription services for call recordings used in quality assurance and customer service improvement. Voice data is encrypted during transmission and transcriptions are retained only as long as necessary for quality purposes.
All third-party service providers are contractually bound to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to Jtron.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your personal information with the following third-party service providers to deliver our services:
- Jobber: Canadian-based CRM for client management and service delivery coordination
- Twilio: Communication platform for phone calls and SMS messages
- Deepgram: Speech-to-text transcription for quality assurance

All service providers are contractually required to protect your personal information and may only use it as necessary to provide services to Jtron. We do not sell, trade, or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Service History: Retained to provide continued support, warranty service, and to reference previous system configurations for updates and enhancements.
